Notice To MRAC Members & Tenants - Property Sales & Home Ownership Opportunity
MRAC is undertaking its annual property sales process as part of a planned Housing Renewal Program.
Proceeds from selected vacant property sales will be reinvested into new, modern and culturally appropriate housing to meet future community needs.
No tenants are being required to leave their homes.
Current tenants may apply to purchase the property they rent.
In addition, members and tenants may also submit a non‑binding Expression of Interest to purchase 2 Tamba Street, Geraldton, which is being offered first to members and tenants.
EOI applications for 2 Tamba Street open and close 8 June 2026 at 12pm
