Staff Spotlight

Say hello to our Finance Manager, Vada, who many of you will know and who has been with MRAC since 2016.

Vada was first employed as a Casual Receptionist and has also been our Reception/Admin Officer on a fulltime basis and then after completing her Diploma of Accounting moved in to, and took over, our Finance Department.

Vada, a local born and bred lady, plays Softball and also takes on other volunteer roles within this sport.

Water Leaks and Leak Allowances

Water leaks are one of the most common forms of maintenance we receive. It is important to report possible water leaks as soon as possible to avoid leaks causing structural or mould damage.

If you suspect you have a water leak, turn off the water for the property at the Water Main and call our afterhours line or reception.  Leaks that are left unreported for even a short period of time can cause a significantly higher water bill, and depending on where the leak is located you may not be eligible to receive a leak allowance. To avoid extra charges to your account, leaks need to be reported as soon as possible.

Free call - 1800 230 055
